After (S/light) Snow and (Brief) Rain...

Note: It rained and snowed briefly in Hampton Roads last night. Announcements were made on local TV newscasts since last night about school delays for Friday. Now, today, Friday (early morning), there's snowflakes on the ground, in our wooden deck that's wet. But for a while, when the glowing sun has risen, this morning, eventually the snowflakes are gone, the wooden deck dry. TGIF! Yes, Thank God, It's Friday!

Now, here's what I just scribbled on some loose bond papers, this morning, after praying the Holy Rosary, with thanksgiving...I just titled it After (Slight) Snow and (Brief) Rain...

There's the glowing sun

after snow and rain and wind

we are all so blessed.

After snow and rain

business as usual again

busy is the world.

When our life seems dull

when there's turmoil everywhere

we need Faith and hope.

Finally the sun

after days of blue and gray

there's Light, Life, Love.
