The Hunt is Over; Suspect #2 in Custody and Alive! (w/ Photos)

Good evening/morning, everyone! It's past 9 pm, EST (Eastern Standard Time) and there's good news update regarding the Breaking News blog post that I just posted this morning. Thank you, Jesus!

Thank God, the hunt for the suspect #2 in the April 15th Boston Marathon Bombing is over and he's in custody and alive! And under medical care in an undisclosed hospital, per news reports! Thank God that after more than twelve hours of aggressive manhunt/search by law enforcement agencies in Boston, the suspect was apprehended and captured alive. There was no further bloodshed but a peaceful, joyful resolve. Thanks to the collaboration, coordination and cooperation of all government agencies involved. Kudos to the law enforcement team! Thanks to technology, too.

Since this morning that I've been closely monitoring the news of the day---about Boston on Lockdown today, there's tension and apprehension all around US of A, and other parts of the world that were also watching and monitoring the progress and development of this breaking news in Boston. Now, there's a sigh and sense of relief. I felt good and relieved that everything went well. Amidst the sorrow and discomfort in Boston, there's peace and joy, after the breaking news that the suspect is now in custody and very much alive! Yes, thank you, God, for listening our prayer. Thank you, Jesus! Peace prevails, I know.

My dear folks and friends, here are the photos I've just taken tonight, in connection with the headline news Boston on Lockdown news since this morning that ended up in a peaceful resolution. Thank God, you heard our prayers.
Here I am, in our living room, watching the latest news or development about the headline news of the day...
Btw, you see here Freny talking to our son Andrew who works in The Capital. As you know, she won't go to bed until she hears Andrew's voice, almost every night. And to Tintin, too. Next, she's trying to contact Tintin to know also how she's doing in D-ville. or, did I hear that she's going to somewhere this weekend in regards to info about graduate school?

Bonding time while watching together the latest news from our TV set in the living room...

Multitasking is possible as you can see me here...while my eyes are glued to the TV, I also try to watch videos on YouTube, and to take pictures. Thanks YouTube and those video uploaders or vloggers/YouTubers for posting/publishing their videos.

My wife Freny and sis-in-law Rose, posed before my camera, while also watching TV in our family room.

See the reaction of those people in Boston, after the law enforcement officers have captured the suspect...

All I can say is, I wish him the best and that when the time comes for him to face the law, he should tell us the truth...what happened and why? God bless him and may his deceased brother, suspected accomplice, rest in peace. Amen. To the departed MIT security officer and other victims related to the Boston marathon Explosion, may they rest in peace. Amen. To those injured, I pray for their good disposition and recovery.

So, after hours of TV-watching, here's what I prepared for dinner...baked teriyaki salmon, baked/steamed mixed vegetables with olive oil, and steamed rice. Yummy! No red wine this time but a glass of orange juice for me. Wanna join us, please? Thank you, God, for all the blessings you bestowed on us! Grace before meals, first. Bon apetit!

Well, let's partake what we have on the table, as we continue watching the news, press conferences going on in Boston. Until next time around, my dear folks and friends. Take care and have a peaceful night/day, everyone! As always, I pray, "May God bless us all!"-chris a. quilpa, 19 Apr 2013

Breaking News: Boston on Lockdown Today

Hi, everyone! It's Friday, what can I say? TGIF! Thank God, It's Friday!

But, frankly speaking, I'm saddened to know what has been happening or going on in Boston since the Boston Marathon on April 15th that unexpectedly turned tragic, terrifying/horrifying, and unforgettable to many, particularly to those participating runners from different parts of the world who witnessed this event that claimed the lives of three (as of now) and critically injured over a hundred people, per news reports. I feel bad. But what can I do but pray for peace. God, our Heavenly Father, grant us your peace, love, and understanding! Jesus, shed your light upon us and enlighten us! May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. I pray for those injured for them to get well and recover soon. to the families, folks, and friends of the departed, may they find comfort and hope, and strength as they mourn the loss of their beloved loved ones. God, bless the government and church officials and law enforcement officers, and emergency responders involved in the case.

As I start writing this post, this morning, I've been watching TV and focusing on the ongoing happening in the entire city of Boston, MA, that's on lockdown, like ghost town. Mass transit and services, schools are shutdown and people have been urged to stay in their homes, per the announcement of Duval Patrick, the current governor of Massachussetts. In the Watertown area, there's a strong police/FBI presence there because of an active and massive pursuit or manhunt for Boston marathon bomber suspect # 2, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Per latest report by media that are monitoring the situation at this time, suspect #1, Tamarlan Tsarnaev, 26, has been dead. Suspect #2, the younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is on the loose or at large at this time. That's what the law enforcement  forces/officials are focusing at this time and tension has been building up as the latter are hunting the former aggressively...

Moreover, there have been interviews conducted by the press, and press conferences held in Boston and the one in Maryland where an emotional uncle of the two brothers has been speaking out and "interrogated" by media as of this moment. One thing that came out from these interviews was that the father of the two suspects has been back in Russia where the suspects originally came from, particularly in Chechnya , per media reports. The uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, has been telling the suspect to "turn yourself in and ask forgiveness..."
TV networks have been covering this unfolding event in Boston, notwthstanding the so many news analyses shared by media analysts, broadcast journalists, and investigative reporters, etc. Boston is truly in focus for the past couple of days now since April 15th, the day the popular annual Boston Marathon was held but turned into a nightmare or a tragedy because of the explosions there that day that has killed three and badly or seriously injured over a hundred runners and spectators, per media reports.

On the other hand, I wonder, what is going on everywhere here in the US of A? The other day, there's that massive explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, killing a number of people and injuring over a hundred and damaging/destroying houses, buildings, properties, according to media reports and as seen in these videos below shared or provided by YouTubers  or video uploaders.

Right now, I wonder if our questions, that have been lingering on in our minds, will have satisfactory answers.
Why? What really happened? Who were really involved in the explosions? Did the two "suspected" brothers really do it as claimed by law enforcement officers and reported by the media? Why? Why? Why...? We keep wondering and wandering to find answers to our questions. Will there be a peaceful resolution? We only hope and pray. God, we need your enlightenment!

Well, this is all for now. Until next time around and thanks for reading. I'm still watching TV at this time that I'm signing off. Let's stand by and wait for latest development of the above-mentioned news that's still unfolding. I pray that this activity in Boston will be resolved shortly with no bloodshed or no more casualty. I pray for peace everywhere. To those victims and injured in both cases mentioned above, our thoughts and prayers...May God bless us all! And God bless America!-chris a. quilpa, 19 April 2013
