Sunrise, Walking, and Breakfast with The Mamas & The Papas

Happy Thursday/Halloween, everyone!

Yay, it's the last day of October and it's Halloween! Can't wait for the "costumed" kids tonight to show up on my door, saying "trick or treat!" But, of course, our chocolate candies are ready for distribution.

Sunrise, I took pictures of you, this morning. You're such amazing and inspiring, you know. Motivated I was, of course, I did my physical conditioning---walking at my pace in my spacious deck/backyard. My body/lower back hurts a bit but I felt good! I have to do something to manage my chronic lower back pain & fibromyalgia, though. That is, I have to keep moving, at times. On the other hand, I enjoyed the simple view in my backyard, while walking, doing a little meditation and prayer of thanks. (I already prayed my rosary while still in bed, and Freny preparing herself to go to school-work.)

After that activity outside, in my backyard, under the early Thursday morning sun, what's next? I boiled eggs. Then, it's breakfast time. What did I have besides hard-boiled eggs? Just a cup of organic milk, 2% reduced fat, a piece of banana, and three loaves of bread, 100% whole wheat. And water, of course. No oatmeal, today, and neither coffee, sorry to disappoint my dear fellow coffee drinkers. But, my breakfast was made more enjoyable with The Mamas and The Papas. Yes, I do love their music, are you kidding me? I'm sure there are some of you out there, my dear folks and friends, who love their music, too. Don't tell me you don't like their California Dreamin', huh? Thank God, we're alive and well, and blogging again.

Well, here's a number of photos to bid goodbye to October, and to scare you on Halloween Day (not really!) Enjoy! Smile..to the sun arising...promising a brand new day! Have a beautiful and blessed day, everyone!

That's it for now, my dear folks and friends, and accidental reader/s of my blog. Thanks for keeping me company today. Until next time around. Take care and have a fun day, everyone! Again, Happy Halloween (for those people and places that observe it)! As always, may God bless US!-chris a. quilpa, 10.31.2013
